Brown Bag Lunch & Learn: Regional Planning in Action
Please join us on Wednesday, July 30th at 12:00 PM for a virtual presentation and discussion with Carolyn Grossman Meagher, Director of Economic Development & Regional Planning for the New York City Department of City Planning (DCP). Carolyn will provide an overview of some of the latest regional trends, as well as an update on other pertinent projects that DCP is working on that will be of interest to planners and others. AICP CM credit pending.
The DCP is well aware of its relationship with the region. Accordingly, they have committed resources to gathering and analyzing data, providing reports and tools for the public, and fostering relationships with others outside of their boundaries. Their work covers areas such as housing, the economy, and transportation, among others and they’re a huge asset to planners in the region.
